David Kleeman is one of the founder directors of Fayrewood.  He qualified as a solicitor in 1967.  He is a non-executive director of several companies and has held a number of government appointments.

 

 

Keith Negal is an accountant who has run many businesses, specialising in managing change and performance improvement. He has also taught at several business schools, including those at the Universities of Warwick and Bath.

Sir Tim Chessells is a chartered accountant by training, starting his career with Ernst and Young (formerly Arthur Young) where he was a partner for 17 years until 1989.  He was knighted in the 1993 Queen’s Birthday Honours. Sir Tim is Chairman of British Telecom Pensions Scheme Trustees.  His current non-executive positions include Hermes Pension Management Limited. Sir Tim also holds three other non-executive positions.

 

 

Richard Templeton is a former director of Robert Fleming, retiring in 2000 having had a career at the bank spanning 30 years. From 1978 to retiring Richard worked in corporate finance where he gained a wide range of experience advising both large and medium sized corporates.  Since leaving Flemings Richard has concentrated on building up a portfolio of business interests and currently holds two Chairmanships and one non-executive directorship.
